The Role
As a VoIP Support Engineer, you’ll be the hero for our customers, resolving technical issues related to UC solutions, VoIP, mobile telephony, and Microsoft Teams. You’ll provide excellent customer service, actively listen to their needs, and collaborate to find the best solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage customer environments on our cloud-based VoIP platform.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the support team.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Who You Are
- Hold an MBO-4 ICT diploma (or equivalent).
- Possess excellent communication and customer-focus skills.
- Be enthusiastic, a team player, and eager to learn.
- Have ICT or telecom experience (knowledge of VoIP and mobile telephony a plus).
