Collaborate with colleagues in the support team. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. WHO YOU ARE Hold an MBO-4 ICT diploma (or equivalent). Possess excellent communication and customer-focus skills. Be enthusiastic, a team player, and eager to learn. Have ICT or telecom experience (knowledge of VoIP and mobile telephony a plus).
