Within the walls of our Amsterdam office, however, you’ll find a tight-knit, flat team with short lines of communication. Your Impact: What Will You Do?

As Office Manager, you are the right hand of our Management Team and the primary point of contact for everyone. Your role rests on three pillars:

  • Operational Excellence: You manage complex calendars, handle administration, and support invoicing. You spot where processes are lagging and implement improvements immediately.
  • People & Culture: You are the “host” of our office. You manage the onboarding of new talent, organize team activities, and ensure the daily communal lunch runs flawlessly.
  • Office Management: You coordinate with suppliers, manage facilities, and ensure the office is an environment where everyone can perform at their best.

Who Are You? (The ‘Grit’)

You are assertive, a strong communicator, and not easily rattled. You think three steps ahead and aren’t afraid to voice your opinion.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar, broad-scope role.
  • Skills: Exceptionally organized, accurate, and decisive.
  • Mindset: Proactive is your middle name. You see what needs to be done before anyone has to ask.
  • Location: You live in (or near) Amsterdam and are present at the office 40 hours a week.
