COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Voclarion is a member of Waarborg-ICT (ICT Guarantee) and is required to have a customer complaints procedure in place.

If you wish to file a complaint with Voclarion, please follow the procedure below. Voclarion will always handle complaints in accordance with this complaints procedure.

  • Send a clear description of your complaint and desired solution to info@voclarion.nl, including your (company) name, address, and telephone number;
  • You will receive a response from Voclarion within 14 days.
